My first novel, The River in Winter, was published in 2009. I'm working on my second novel, The Wide Night Sky. I live in South Carolina with my partner and our cranky Jack Russell terrier. I like cake. Pancakes, too. Pancakes are good.
1984 The Showtime series Brothers becomes one of the first shows with a gay major character. The series opened with Clifford (Paul Regina) announcing to his two brothers that he’s gay, and dealt with AIDS, coming out and men kissing men. ABC and NBC rejected the series before it found a home on cable.
